Frankfurt am Main, 29th
January 2024 - neotares, a leading consultancy for design of new working environments, looks back on a successful year 2023. The past year has been marked by significant milestones that have furthered the company's expansion.
Milestones 2023: Strengthening of office locations
An important milestone for neotares in 2023 was the opening of a new office in Munich. This step was necessary due to the increasing demand for consulting services from companies in Munich and Southern Germany. Furthermore, the offices in Frankfurt, Berlin, Hamburg and Hannover were fortified. In this context, neotares expanded its team by about 40 percent to a total of 71 employees to meet the growing demand.
neotares received special recognition in 2023 with the "Iconic Award 2023: Innovative Architecture". The award in the category "Interior - Corporate" honored the forward-looking office concept for agile and hybrid working that neotares developed for the full-service agency pilot in Munich.
Another milestone was the modernization of the Deutsche Leasing AG canteen. A creative and collaborative working environment was created that offers employees a place to retreat and encourages exchange.
To further empower the team and offer clients a comprehensive range of services in the implementation of new workplace concepts, neotares was able to recruit Tibor Hoffmann, an experienced senior consultant. With his expertise and as a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator, Hoffmann is an ideal addition to the team.
Positive summary for 2023: Strong growth, successful projects and strengthened internal processes
The summary for the year 2023 is therefore positive. With the new office in Munich, the move to a new office in Berlin and the rebuilding of the office in Hamburg, the company was able to continue its growth. During the same period, neotares planned and designed more than 70 new work environments with a total area of approximately 1.2 million square meters, including projects for well-known clients such as Allianz Global Investors and Société Generale. By professionalizing internal processes and communication, the team was able to grow together and meet the demands of progress.
Outlook to 2024: Focus on ESG, portfolio developments and internal growth
An outlook for the year 2024 shows that neotares will continue to expand. Topics like ESG, portfolio development and change management are in the focus. The use of the office of the future, the demand for space and the importance of corporate culture will also be important aspects.
According to neotares, by 2024, the discussion about home offices versus time in the office will recede as companies increasingly develop their own policies for flexible work models. While working from home will continue to be an important part of the modern workplace, it will no longer be the predominant topic. Instead, the focus is increasingly on the optimal design of workplace concepts that accommodate and integrate both on-site and remote work.
An internal focus for 2024 will be the introduction of a comprehensive intranet at neotares. This will include a variety of features that will simplify and standardize internal processes. In addition, a digital academy will be launched to further promote internal expertise.
Norman Kustos, Managing Partner, emphasizes the importance of internal processes: "We are in an ever-changing world of work and it is important that we at neotares keep pace. In 2024 we will focus on strengthening, changing and streamlining our internal processes. We will use technology and programs to be more efficient and at the same time strengthen the personal contact. An important milestone will be the launch of our intranet, which we will use as a central communication tool. At the same time, we intend to continue our quantitative growth by hiring qualified employees at all our locations.
